By downloading, installing, or using Cash Balancer ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App. If you are under 18 years of age, you represent that your parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.

2. Description of Service

Cash Balancer is a personal finance application that helps you manage your money. The App allows you to track income, expenses, and debts; set budgets; capture financial documents using your device camera; receive AI-powered financial coaching via Cash AI™; model financial scenarios; analyze investment portfolios; and access educational financial content. The App does not connect to bank accounts or financial institutions.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years of age to use Cash Balancer. By using the App, you represent that you meet this age requirement. Users between 16 and 17 should have a parent or guardian review these Terms.

4. User Responsibilities

By using the App, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information when entering financial data
• Use the App for lawful personal finance purposes only
• Not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Not use the App in any manner that could damage, disable, or impair its functionality
• Not misuse AI features (Cash AI™, Investment Emotions AI) for purposes other than personal financial guidance
• Take responsibility for the security of your account and device

5. AI-Powered Features

Cash Balancer includes AI-powered features such as Cash AI™ (financial coaching), Snap & Speak (document explanation), What-If Scenarios (financial modeling), Investment Emotions AI (behavioral bias detection), and Smart Nudges (proactive alerts). These features use artificial intelligence to analyze your financial data and provide guidance. AI-generated responses are for informational purposes only and should not be considered professional financial, investment, or tax advice. The accuracy of AI responses depends on the data you provide and the capabilities of the underlying technology.

6. Financial Information Disclaimer

Cash Balancer is a budgeting and financial tracking tool, not a financial advisor. The App does not provide financial advice, investment recommendations, tax guidance, or professional financial services. Any calculations, projections, scenario analyses, portfolio insights, or educational content within the App are for informational purposes only and should not be relied upon as a substitute for professional financial advice. Always consult a qualified financial professional for decisions regarding your finances and investments.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of Cash Balancer — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, software, and AI models — are the exclusive property of Cash Balancer and are protected by copyright, trademark, patent, and other intellectual property laws. Cash AI™ and Investment Emotions AI are trademarks of Cash Balancer. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works based on the App without our prior written consent.

8. Data and Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information. We use industry-standard security measures to safeguard your data. We do not sell your personal or financial information to third parties. You can delete your account and all associated data at any time.

9. Third-Party Services

The App integrates with third-party services to provide certain features, including authentication, AI processing, market data, and analytics. These services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices of third-party service providers. 10. Disclaimers

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components. AI features may produce inaccurate or incomplete responses. Market data and portfolio analysis may be delayed or unavailable.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Cash Balancer and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, financial losses, or investment losses arising out of or related to your use of the App, its AI features, or market data provided. Our total liability for any claim arising from or related to these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App (if any).

12. Termination

You may stop using the App at any time. You can delete your account and all associated data through the App's Settings or by contacting us. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App if you violate these Terms, or to modify or discontinue the App at any time without prior notice.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be reflected within the App and on our website at cashbalancer.com/terms. Your continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
